A credit report may only be generated after obtaining explicit, informed consent from the individual whose report is being fetched.
The Admin/Agent generating the report is responsible for retaining valid consent and complying with applicable Indian data-protection and credit-information regulations.
Reports must be used only for the purpose consented to and must not be shared with unauthorised parties.
