We collect account information (name, email, phone), business/KYC details you provide, payment proof you upload, and usage data required to operate the service.

Credit report data is fetched from authorised bureaus strictly on the basis of customer consent captured by the Admin/Agent. We do not sell personal data.

We apply role-based access controls and ownership isolation so your business data is not visible to other tenants.

You may request access or deletion of your account data subject to legal and regulatory retention requirements.
