Credits purchased are generally non-refundable once approved, as they represent a prepaid service unit.
If a report generation fails, the reserved credit is automatically released back to your balance and is not consumed.
Duplicate or erroneous payments identified during verification will be rejected before any credit is added.
For any billing dispute, contact support within 7 days of the transaction.
