1 successfully generated credit report consumes 1 credit. Credits are a service unit and are not redeemable for cash.
Payments are verified manually. Credits are added only after an approved payment. Rejected payments do not add credits.
Admins and Agents are responsible for obtaining valid customer consent before generating any report.
Misuse, fraud or unauthorised access may result in suspension of the account.
